Global Land Source reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason deemed necessary.
Buyer is expected to assume responsibility for all due dillegence pertaining to the property.
Unless otherwise noted in the purchase agreement, all transactions are subject to a standard $190 processing fee, which includes all closing costs, contract preparation and mailing fees.
All properties are guaranteed to be free and clear of any backtaxes unless otherwise specified in the property advertisementt.
All sales are final and there will be no refunds if the buyer is dissatisfied with the purchase; however, within 60 days after the purchase date Global Land Source can exchange for a similar property unless specified otherwise in property advertisement.
Deed to the property will be obtained from 30 to 90 days after paying off the property.
